📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic business plans for clients in mining, tourism, and maritime sectors.
Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Conduct data analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks.
Present findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business consulting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in business consulting, with a focus on strategic planning and development.
Proven track record in leading and managing consulting projects.
Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for business analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
