As a Lighting Technician or Engineer at CT Audio Visual, you’ll work closely with event planners, sound engineers, and production teams to ensure that every event runs smoothly and looks spectacular. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining lighting rigs, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert advice to ensure the best possible outcome. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and install lighting systems for live events, including concerts, corporate events, and festivals.
• Operate and maintain lighting equipment, including dimmers, moving lights, and LED fixtures.
• Collaborate with event planners, sound engineers, and production teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events to minimize downtime.
• Provide expert advice on lighting design and technical aspects to enhance the overall event experience.
• Conduct pre-event checks and post-event reviews to ensure equipment is in good condition and to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including lighting plans and equipment logs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the lighting industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lighting design, installation, and operation.
• Proven experience working in the live event industry, preferably in Bali.
• Proficiency in using lighting control software such as ETC Eos, MA Lighting, or GrandMA2.
• Knowledge of lighting hardware, including dimmers, moving lights, and LED fixtures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in lighting design or engineering (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
