📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site inspections and document findings using AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Assist in feasibility studies and compliance checks for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and present reports on site conditions, including structural integrity, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Support the development of detailed drawings and models using Revit.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather information and provide updates.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract reviews.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable building practices and green building certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Revit is a plus.
• Interest in real estate and property development.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
