📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.

• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
