📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage employee contracts, including renewals and terminations
• Streamline HR administration tasks such as payroll processing and benefits management
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Handle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus
