• Oversee the daily operations of the plastic injection molding facility, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Optimize production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to forecast production needs and manage inventory levels.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the plastic injection molding industry.
• Proven track record of managing production schedules, quality control, and team performance.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, machinery, and industry standards.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
