📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all hotel reservations and bookings using Sabre, Amadeus, and HotelBeds
• Assist clients in finding and booking the best hotel accommodations based on their preferences and budget
• Manage and update reservations, including changes and cancellations
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hotel rates, availability, and promotions
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Process payments and handle all financial transactions related to hotel bookings
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all reservations and client interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations or a related field
• Proficient in using Sabre, Amadeus, and HotelBeds reservation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not required)
