As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with the HR team to provide excellent service to our employees, helping them navigate the benefits landscape and make informed decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Process and manage employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to employee benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues related to benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of benefit programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to gather and analyze data on benefit usage and trends.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in employee benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and benefits administration software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
