📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of invoices.,Manage a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Accounts Receivable department.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of Accounts Receivable.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely payment and resolution of any disputes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or data-driven company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
