📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging learning programs using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Create and manage e-learning courses, including assessments and quizzes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Leverage data analytics to track learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including scheduling and coordinating training events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with 0-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning standards.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
