As a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Inspector at JY Consult, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all mechanical and electrical installations are completed accurately and safely. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to inspect and test various systems, including electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety on our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and test mechanical and electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Identify and report defects or issues in mechanical and electrical installations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve identified issues.
• Conduct pre- and post-construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections and tests.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an M&E Inspector in the construction industry.
• Certification as a Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI) or Certified Electrical Inspector (CEI) is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASME, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
