As the HSE Manager, you will oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance, working closely with our management team to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence. You will also conduct regular audits, inspections, and training sessions to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular safety and environmental audits and inspections across all operational sites.
- Coordinate and oversee safety training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Investigate and report on accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and manage environmental impact assessments, waste management, and pollution control measures.
- Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate HSE risks, and ensure the implementation of risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and audit findings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Professional certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
