📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reporting.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
