📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
