📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and track daily sales targets and performance metrics.,Assist customers with product information, promotions, and purchases.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales area.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Participate in training and development programs for sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
