📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure product quality and safety.
• Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends and potential issues.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory processes.
• Train and mentor junior lab technicians on proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including microbiological, chemical, and physical testing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
