🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record in managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the transportation or rail industry is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
