📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Coordinate with the sales team to meet customer demands.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide training and support to junior staff in the distribution department.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and distribution channels is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
