Apotek Jaya Spareparts is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Samarinda. We are a growing company specializing in automotive spare parts and accessories. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.
  • Stock and organize products to ensure they are available for customers.
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automotive spare parts and accessories is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
