Duta Citra Store is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, staff wages, and other expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in staff training and development to ensure that all staff are well-equipped to deliver excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and leadership skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
