PT Oryza Bhakti is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a remote position based in Majalengka, offering a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 18.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menu plans, considering dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Monitor food costs and prepare budget reports for management.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
