📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use and maintenance.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and document findings to address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel to the office location as needed.
