📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers with attention to detail and accuracy.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked café.,Train and mentor new baristas to uphold WACo's high standards of coffee quality and service.,Assist in the development and implementation of new coffee recipes and menu items.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.,Collaborate with the café team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.,Participate in café events and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty coffee techniques.,Proficiency in operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency in coffee preparation.,Familiarity with café management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Enthusiasm for coffee and a passion for creating unique and delicious coffee experiences.
