📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist dentists in performing dental procedures on children, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
- Educate patients and their parents on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Take and develop dental X-rays using digital radiography systems
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow
- Promote a positive and child-friendly environment in the clinic
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric dental nursing
- Certification in Pediatric Dental Nursing (preferred)
- Proficiency in using dental radiography systems and other dental equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and their parents
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of child development and psychology
- Familiarity with local dental regulations and guidelines
