📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Manage and train a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory, ensuring that we have the right supplies to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Experience in managing a team of 10-15 employees.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
