Sehati Bimo Electronics is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Pastry Chef to join our team in Gorontalo. As the Lead Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and quality of pastries, as well as mentoring and developing junior chefs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily preparation of pastries and desserts
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries
• Develop and implement new pastry recipes
• Train and mentor junior chefs
• Manage inventory and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
• Proven track record of success in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with local culinary traditions and preferences
• Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree
