📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental operations and efficiency.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, including scheduling, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress.,Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a similar organization.,Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals and objectives.
