📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide L2 support for business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Manage and escalate L2 tickets to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline processes and improve application performance.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of business applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT and automation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and application management.
• Proven experience with UiPath and Blue Prism, or similar RPA tools.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
