📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement food menus that align with company goals and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Ensure food quality and safety through regular inspections and testing.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
