📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Implement and enforce best practices in financial accounting and reporting.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
