📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and understand customer needs and preferences related to home design.
• Present and demonstrate home design solutions, including products and services, to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the home design industry.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop and present compelling sales pitches.
• Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on home design or a related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
