📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and effective distribution of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at distribution centers and customer locations.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Familiarity with ERP systems and distribution management software is a plus.
