📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking dishes,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Follow all health and safety regulations,Assist in the training and development of junior staff,Participate in inventory management and cost control,Assist in the planning and preparation of menus,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work well under pressure,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work as part of a team,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
