📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments for medical services accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
