📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound calls to promote and sell our products or services to potential customers.,Building and maintaining a strong customer database and relationship.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.,Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
