Oversee and manage the engineering team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely completion of production tasks and the achievement of production targets.,Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a safe working environment for all team members.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update engineering documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and technical drawings.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
