📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments,Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly accounts receivable reports,Follow up with clients to resolve any outstanding invoices or payment issues,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction,Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
