📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Valid food handler's certificate.
