📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure consistent quality of training,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them reach their full potential

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and training,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus
