📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
