📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the regulatory reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to regulatory bodies.,Develop and implement regulatory reporting strategies to meet the evolving regulatory requirements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Monitor and evaluate regulatory reporting processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and training to team members on regulatory reporting standards and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational data.,Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure smooth reporting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory landscape and compliance requirements.,Proven experience in managing and leading regulatory reporting teams.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
