📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the security of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans using tools like Nagios and Splunk.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to maintain security best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security measures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the overall security and reliability of our systems.
• Document all security-related activities and incidents for future reference and compliance purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on system and server security.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA Security, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
• Proficient in using security tools and software, including Nagios, Splunk, Wireshark, and Snort.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
