Crystal Home Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
