Salon Fitri Auto Service is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent organizational skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring vehicles are available for use.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.
