Apotek Umar Auto Service is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Manage and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to the Fleet Coordinator and other team members as needed.,Participate in fleet meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans for fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
